ہدایات برائے درخواست دہندگان (اردو)

The property record system is searched in the Urdu language. Enter the owner's name and parentage in Urdu, or provide the CNIC number to locate the property record.

پراپرٹی ریکارڈ سسٹم میں تلاش اردو زبان میں کی جاتی ہے۔ مالک کا نام اور ولدیت اردو میں درج کریں یا شناختی کارڈ نمبر فراہم کریں۔

This facility is provided for issuance of Fard for Personal Record only.

یہ سہولت صرف ذاتی ریکارڈ کی فرد کے اجرا کے لیے فراہم کی جا رہی ہے۔

The issued E-Fard cannot be used for sale, transfer, or any other transaction.

جاری کی جانے والی ای-فرد کسی بھی قسم کی خرید و فروخت، انتقال یا دیگر لین دین کے لیے قابلِ استعمال نہیں ہوگی۔

E-Fard can be generated only for Mauzas of District Peshawar that are already computerized.

ای-فرد صرف ضلع پشاور کے اُن مواضعات کے لیے جاری کی جائے گی جن کا ریکارڈ کمپیوٹرائزڈ ہو چکا ہے۔

Select your Tehsil and Mauza, and then search your property records by typing owner name and parent/husband name in Urdu, or by CNIC.

اپنی تحصیل اور موضع منتخب کریں۔ اس کے بعد مالک کا نام اور ولدیت یا شناختی کارڈ نمبر درج کر کے ملکیتی ریکارڈ سرچ کریں۔

Once your property record is confirmed, a PSID (Payment Slip ID) will be generated. Pay the official fee against this PSID through JazzCash, EasyPaisa or any Mobile Banking Application.

ریکارڈ کی تصدیق کے بعد جاری شدہ PSID (پیمنٹ سلپ آئی ڈی) کے ذریعے جاز کیش، ایزی پیسہ یا کسی بھی موبائل بینکنگ ایپ سےفیس کی ادائیگی کریں۔

After the payment is confirmed, the E-Fard will be available for immediate download without any waiting period.

ادائیگی کی تصدیق کے فوراً بعد ای-فرد ڈاؤن لوڈ کے لیے دستیاب ہو جائے گی۔

Correct details of CNIC, Mauza, and ownership must be provided.

درخواست دہندہ شناختی کارڈ نمبر، موضع اور ملکیت کی درست تفصیلات فراہم کرنے کا پابند ہوگا۔

In case of submission of false information, the Government reserves the right to initiate legal action.

غلط معلومات کی فراہمی کی صورت میں حکومت قانونی کارروائی کا حق محفوظ رکھتی ہے۔

⚠ Database Connection Failed

The system could not connect to the property record database. This is typically caused by one of the following:

1. CORS not enabled on the API server — the database manager must add Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *
2. The server at kplr.gkp.pk:5021 is not accessible from this network
3. The SSL certificate on the API server is not trusted by the browser

While waiting for the backend fix, use Test Mode to preview the full application flow with sample data.
